What is the difference between #1 and #2?
Panzarnozzle 1 is manufactured in the traditional way where the raw tungsten powder is pressed into shape and then sintered in a furnace at 1480℃.After that, the outside is ground with a diamond grinding wheel to get a nice finish.
Panzarnozzle 1 is available in sizes 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.8mm.
Panzarnozzle 2 is manufactured using a new process more akin to injection molding to get an even smoother filament path inside the nozzle.On these only the thread has been finished so the outer finish on the nozzle is straight from the sintering and not diamond ground.
Panzarnozzle 2 is available in sizes 0.4 and 0.6mm.
