Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We usually pack orders the same day and hand them over to the shipping company next day. But as 3dkatten is a one man show it may take an extra day or two sometimes depending on circumstances.

We offer shipping via Swedish Postnord (regular postal service) and DHL.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Products that have been customized in some way cannot be returned.
