The "TrashBandit" filament have been through a lot. It started out as a co-extruded ABS CF25 but after feedback and the shipment getting lost two times the formula was updated in the process. It now uses a higher quality ABS resin and 15% glass fiber and 10% fiber fill instead of the 25% carbon fibers. Over all a much better filament than the original.

Procyon ABS-MD+GF15 3D Printer Filament
Procyon ABS-MD+GF15 is a premium engineering-grade 1.75 mm filament developed by RaccoonWorks. It combines a proprietary ABS blend with mineral fillers and glass fiber to produce exceptionally stiff, dimensionally stable parts.
Ideal for functional prints, automotive components, jigs, fixtures, brackets, and other applications where strength and rigidity matter more than impact resistance.
Features
- Engineering-grade ABS reinforced with mineral fillers and glass fiber.
- Excellent dimensional stability with low shrinkage (0.1–0.3%).
- High stiffness with a flexural modulus of approximately 6100 MPa.
- Heat resistant with an unannealed Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of approximately 102°C.
- Strong mechanical properties suitable for demanding functional parts.
- 1.75 mm diameter for compatibility with most modern FDM printers.
Recommended Print Settings
| Nozzle Temperature | 280–310°C |
| Bed Temperature | 70–100°C |
| Chamber Temperature | 50–80°C |
| Nozzle Size | 0.4 mm minimum (0.5 mm or larger recommended for improved surface finish) |
| Drying | 80°C for 6–8 hours before printing |
Typical Material Properties
| Tensile Strength | 75 ± 5 MPa |
| Flexural Modulus | 6100 MPa |

Storage
- Store in a cool, dry environment (below 25°C and under 50% relative humidity when possible).
- Keep away from direct sunlight.
- Dry thoroughly before printing for optimal performance.
Safety Information
Print in a well-ventilated area to minimize exposure to fumes. When sanding or machining finished parts, wear appropriate respiratory protection, as the material contains mineral fillers and glass fibers that may become airborne during post-processing.
This material is not intended for food-contact or medical applications unless specifically certified.
Technical data is based on current internal testing and may be updated as additional independent testing becomes available.
